Most major online casinos have 24-7 online chat (instant messaging) as well as region-specific phone lines and a contact form, so it’s not reassuring to see so few options from Mr Green. Their contact us page is also a bit tricky to find – we had to Google it! The staff are very friendly, but often lack critical knowledge and so aren’t as efficient as other casinos at resolving issues.

Withdrawing cash from Mr Green is painless (after the first one) and is faster than many of its competitors. Casino processing is promised to be less than 17 hours and, if you withdraw by e-wallet, it should then be put instantly into your account. Charges on deposits have to go, and the customer service (while friendly) needs an expansion. The slick website design and unfailing commitment to game selection means Mr Green will automatically jump to the very top of the list.
It’s a good casino, but only time will tell if they are willing to take the plunge and become a brilliant one.
